Now launching an all new pain and movement therapy class in Dun Laoghaire
If you are you still experiencing pain and you haven’t found a way to get rid of it, or you simply want to prevent pain, then this can be your way forward.
Learn all you need, to take care of your pain condition in my movement therapy class. Self-responsibility is key. You can take pain treatment into your own hands.
Pain is based on a condition. It is not the disease. Treat the condition and the pain will go.
I’ll do an informational evening on 2nd October, 7.30pm in Mounttown Community Centre in Dun Laoghaire. Classes will take place weekly on Tuesdays 7.30 pm from then on.
The first one’s free, single classes will be 15 Euros, or 50 Euros for 4 classes.
If you wish to sign up or have a question, please get in touch with me: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What it is about:
My movement therapy class is based on the “Liebscher & Bracht Schmerztherapie” (Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy) concept I learned in Germany. Based on this concept severe muscular tension is the main cause for about 95% of musculo-skeletal pain. In the class I teach stretching and foam rolling exercises specifically designed to reduce muscular tension levels (myo-fascial release techniques) for long term pain relief. You will also learn how to avoid specific situations that lead to pain and how to make good choices in lifestyle, diet and micronutrients to achieve good health. That not only leads to good general health but also notably reduces stress and consequently muscular tension and pain. The classes are also well suited to learn how to prevent pain in the first place.
What you’ll need:
You should bring comfortable clothing that you can move well with and a mat if you can, i.e. yoga, pilates or fitness mats. I’ll bring the fascia rolls and exercise sheets (which you can take home with you)
